Demon Slayer Season 3: New Visual, Trailer and April 9 Debut

 The much awaited release date for Demon Slayer's third season, "The Swordsmith Village Arc," has also been confirmed.

The Demon Slayer series conducted a special livestream event in Japan where they unveiled the trailer and release date, which was set for Sunday, April 9 2023.


With its trademark spectacular animation and suspenseful music, Ufotable did a fantastic job with the video, which gave fans a fresh look at what the upcoming season will bring.

The first episode of the season will last one hour, according to the official twitter and they Also revealed a New Key Visual.


The episodes will be broadcast live by Crunchyroll as soon as they are released.

After the events of season 2 Tanjiro is in desperate need of a new sword. This desire will take Tanjiro to the Demon Slayer Corps' infamous village of swordsmiths.The upcoming season will focus on some new Hashira such as the Mist Pillar and Love Pillar.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Shueisha’s shonen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020, with its chapters collected in 23 tankobon volumes.

It has been published in English by Viz Media and simultaneously published by Shueisha on their Manga Plus platform.

A sequel film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, was released in October 2020 and became the highest-grossing anime film and Japanese film of all time.

A second season of the anime series, readapting the “Mugen Train” arc seen in the film in seven episodes and covering the “Entertainment District” arc from the manga in eleven episodes, aired from October 2021 to February 2022.
